Not everyone that applies to join us will get through- that’s not because we don’t think you are great (we’re sure you are), it’s because we want you to be happy working with us.

We work to a set of core values- and if they don’t align with you as a person then the fit will just not be right.

In the first instance please email us a CV and we will be in touch to talk through what you are hoping we can contribute to your career, if it seems like a reasonable fit and to make sure we’re compatible you will need to complete a values assessment.

We will also need you to undertake a DBS check.

Well- we’re jolly nice (but we would say that).

We work exclusively within the NHS, we have an enviable reputation and if, for some unknown reason you don’t stay with us for forever, having worked with Health Systems Support- you have proven that you are ‘above average’.

Consultancy can be lonely – however we’re a sociable lot- with regular team outings, from paddle boarding for the brave to Industry updates seminars. These are vital opportunities for networking and making sure that you build your support network- as well as an opportunity to let off steam!

We don’t ‘dump’ (or as some say ‘place’) you in a contract and then make a run for it- we stay in touch and are there to help you if you fall behind on your deliverables, have a crisis or want to shout about your successes!

Simply put- we know we need you- without you we don’t have the scalability that is necessary to provide a complete service and we never, ever forget that!
